A bit about me...

First, and foremost, I am a wife and mother. I'm the only girl in a house of quick witted men who like to joke, tease and give me a hard time. I'm convinced even our English retriever gets in on the action. :)

In 2004, I started modeling part time. The knowledge I gained from being on set became invaluable to my career as a photographer.  It gave me an appreciation for attention to detail, the styling of a photo shoot and the thoughtfulness it takes to get a great image. It also taught me that the photographer's ability to connect and relate to the model is vital to the success of the shoot. 

My first "real" camera was a birthday gift from my husband in 2011. I started taking photos for friends and family and have never looked back!  I feel so fortunate to have a job that I look forward to every single day. 

I love photographing people. I love our time together and the way they light up when they see their inner and outer beauty come through in a photo. It's an honor to capture their special moments in time.
